Believe it or not, we started baking cookies in a kitchen that was primarily making healthy, gourmet meals for their customers (Coalition Kitchen).

There was some downtime between when our equipment was installed and we received permits to open, so we did what anybody else who loves to cook & bake would do.

We started testing our recipes on friends and family.

One of our friends suggested we enter a touring dessert contest that was set to stop in Raleigh in a few weeks and we gave it a shot.

Going up against over 30 other local vendors, all of which serve dessert full-time, was a great opportunity to step up to the challenge and show off our unique recipes.

We ended up taking 3rd Place overall in the People’s Choice Category for Best Dessert (Raleigh Dessert Wars 2024)

3 weddings, several private events, and 80+ dozen holiday cookies later, here we are as an official brand of our own!
